The Chipstead u16 Eagless team are managed by Steve Brown, Damien Donoghue, James Gallager and Austen Lewis. They have a squad of 18 players and run one team who play in Crowborough League Division A.
Many of the boys have been with the club since their u6 year group. The coaches very much enjoy seeing them develop their skill and confidence each season. The reason they stay with the club is that they enjoy their football, being with their friends and always have a smile on their face at training and matches.
We are inclusive and ensure that all players registered with the league are selected to play for the club. We combined our previous two teams into one team that has enabled a number of our development players to be part of a stronger team and to develop their football. The team have been enjoying their football with some strong performances this season. They play to be competitive but to also respect their opposition and match officials and always conduct themselves impeccably.
The success of the team depends on many factors both on and of the pitch. We are fortunate to be part of a very well run club. The parents are very supportive and provide help when needed that is very much appreciated . Chipstead as strong community football club and we are all proud play our part.
